FRANK WESTON BENSON (AMERICAN, 1862 – 1951) FLIGHT OF DUCKS. Large watercolor wildlife scene shows a flock of 19 ducks flying over ocean waves. A colorful sky in blues and yellows is reflected in the choppy ocean. Signed lower left, “F. W. BENSON 29″. Housed in a fine gilt wood frame with line highlighted mat. SIZE: Sight size: 22-1/2″ x 30-1/4”. PROVENANCE: From a private Virginia collection. CONDITION: Very good. 9-20273 (20,000-40,000)
