MONUMENTAL GALLE VASE. Elongated neck vase with bulbous base has an iridescent white ground and is decorated with an allover foliage pattern with an Art Nouveau feel in russet. The decoration is etched to the background glass showing no color. Finally, there is an applied glass spider in its web between two leaves. Signed to underside “Galle Nancy Cristalleri” and signed to the side “Je Dis le bagt plamtif des ames pfigonniefes Th. de Banville”. SIZE: 23-1/2″ t.
