GARDNER ARNOLD RECKHARD (Reckard) (American, 1858-1908) EARLY FALL LANDSCAPE. Large oil on canvas scene shows small pond amongst tall trees with turning foliage. Sloping banks have colorful wildflowers and fields beyond. Gray and white clouds scattered amongst a blue sky. Signed lower right “G.A. Rickard”. Housed in its magnificent wide and deep gesso decorated fancy frame. SIZE: 25-1/2” x 36-1/4”. CONDITION: Relined, very good. Canvas appears to be mounted on hard board with canvas back. 9-25161 (3,000-4,000)
