RARE AND IMPORTANT REDWARE SLIP-DECORATED DATED POT. 1st quarter 19th century. This fine example dated “1805” in yellow slip and decorated overall with yellow slip scrolling squiggles in rich reddish-brown glaze. Foot rim unglazed. SIZE: 5-1/4” h. x 5-3/4” dia. CONDITION: Very good overall, with good color and patina. Overall wear to upper rim. 9-99787 (2,500-3,500)
