18K GOLD POCKET WATCH BY AURORA WATCH COMPANY. Heavy case marked “Dueber Champion 14K”, serial number 2966769. The dial marked “Aurora Watch Company”. The movement marked “Aurora Watch Co. Aurora Ills 15 Jewels”, serial number 75947 (1885/86). Weight: Case without movement 56 grams (1.8 troy ounces). SIZE: Case: 2-1/8″ W. PROVENANCE: To be sold to benefit the South Amherst, MA Congregational Church. CONDITION: Two hands missing, cracks in dial, unknown working order, inside lid with some wear and small dent. 9-27861 (1,000-1,500)
