Polychrome scrimshaw of a young girl with jacket and skirt standing on a square pedestal holding a balloon aloft in her left hand. Scrimmed in shades of red and black ink. SIZE: 6-1/4″ l. PROVENANCE: From a private Utah collection. CONDITION: Well polished with slight surface soiling, good mellow patina, base of tooth with old shrinkage cracks. Very good. 9-90374 (1,000-1,500)
