VIVIAN MILNER AKERS (American, 1886-1966) THE OPEN WINDOW. Fine early oil on canvas landscape shows the front of a house with an open window looking onto two trees, one holding a birdhouse/feeder. A brick walkway with green lawn and rock wall beyond. Signed and dated “1910” bottom right. Housed in a period carved wood frame. A nice early example of Akers work. SIZE: 16” x 20”.
