*BROWNING A5 SEMI AUTOMATIC SHOTGUN. Cal. 12 ga. Upgraded field grade shotgun with 27-1/2” vent rib modified choke bbl. It has straight grain walnut stock and forearm with long tang and round knob. The right side of the buttstock is deep relief carved with a leaping whitetail buck with a forest and mountain scene in the background. The receiver and 4” of bbl are nicely engraved with foliate arabesque patterns with punch dot background. The left side of the receiver has a game scene of a setter and two rising pheasants inlaid in silver with a field and mountain scene in the background. The right side has a vignette of two rising ducks over a marsh scene. The bolt and carrier have been jeweled. SN 9M45390. CONDITION: Excellent. Retains virtually all its custom finish to both metal and wood with only very minor storage and handling marks. Probably unfired since engraving. Bright shiny bore. 4-49126 (1,000-2,000)
