LOT OF SWORD CANE & WALKING STICK. The sword cane is in a black wooden shaft, 32-1/4″ long and has a heavy silver-plated brass eagle head grip. The sword locks into the handle and when removed has a 25-3/4″ triangle shaped blade with needle point. The walking stick is light wood, probably walnut, 34″ overall including a lightly carved bone handle. CONDITION: Sword cane is fine retaining most of the black finish on the shaft with some brass showing through on the eagle head. Blade is bright & shiny. Walking stick shaft is fine with the bone handle having three or four small age cracks and a dark mellow patina. From the collection of the late Bruce McDowell. 4-54619 JR384 (300-500)
