The brass movement within a cylindrical case with enameled dial, accompanied by a gilt metal pendulum depicting a floral basket surmounted by a cast brass wreath and quiver of arrows. Mounted in a rouge marble plinth raised on six rouge marble columns with brass capitols on a conforming plinth raised on button feet and flanked by a pair of urn formed garnitures with gilt metal mounts.
