*WINCHESTER MODEL 1892 LEVER ACTION RIFLE. Cal 25-20. SN 871942. Standard grade rifle with 24” rnd bbl, full magazine, uncheckered wood with straight stock and crescent steel buttplate. The bbl has a modified half nickel front sight and flat top rear sight. CONDITION: Bbl and magazine tube retain about 90% thinning original blue with chemical spotting at the muzzle. Receiver retains 60% thinning original blue with the balance a medium patina. Some of the screw slots are damaged. Wood is sound and retains most of an old refinish. Strong bore, dark in the grooves with pitting. 4-50746 JR57 (600-1,000)
