*PRE-WAR COLT GOVERNMENT MODEL SUPER 38. Cal. 38 Super. SN 14155. Very fine pre-war Super 38 with 5″ bbl, blued finish, full-checkered walnut grips and an original 2-tone magazine marked on the base. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Retains 96-97% strong bright original factory blue with slight muzzle and sharp edge wear with no apparent thinning to the grip straps. Grips have a worn spot from an old holster snap, otherwise are sharp with light wear. Mechanics are crisp, brilliant shiny bore. Shows little or no use. 4-53667 JR987 (1,250-1,750)
