INDIAN VICTORIAN INLAID TEAK TABLE. Circa 1890. The circular top with chamfered and molded edges, the center inlaid with a rondel of profuse vinery within a conforming inlaid outer border with bone and ebony stringing above the similarly inlaid apron joined to the urn-turned standard raised on a tripod base, inlaid overall with spade-like devices and floral sprigs. The top labeled “Manufactured by Ohri Brothers. Hoshiar_u_.(N.India)”. SIZE: 28-3/4″ h. x 24″ diameter. CONDITION: With dry original surfaces, old shrinkage crack through center of top with old cleat repair; top needs restabilization to standard, some losses to inlays and stringing in top. 9-91895 (300-500)
