COPY OF COLT 49 POCKET REVOLVER. Cal. 35 Perc. SN 10463. Belgian made copy by Ronge Arms, appears to be a cross between a Colt pocket and a Cooper. It has 5-5/8″ oct bbl with pillar front sight, a 2″ long 5-shot cylinder, case colored frame and nickel-plated grip frame with 1-pc walnut grips. The cylinder has a rolled Naval battle scene. It has various proofs on the bbl & cylinder and the “35 Cal” is on the left side of the trigger guard. CONDITION: Extremely fine, probably unfired. Retains virtually all of its bright orig finish with muzzle edge wear. Crisp mechanics, bright shiny bore. From the collection of the late Bruce McDowell. 4-54700 JR283 (400-700)
