FINE CARVED IVORY LIDDED CASKET. Removable lid and body of the oval casket are pierce carved in a three dimensional scene. The top showing a front grill of trees with the background having a large elephant being attacked by a tiger. Body with similar grill work having a procession of elephants behind. Molded edge base supported by four elephant head scroll feet. SIZE: 6-1/4” h x 8” l x 6-1/2” d. CONDITION: Very good. 9-71090 (3,500-4,000)
