DELAWARE RIVER VALLEY SHERATON TRANSITIONAL CARVED FIGURED WALNUT SIDEBOARD. Circa 1840. The serpentine splash-guard joined to the rectangular top above the conforming case with paneled sides fitted with a pair of aligned short drawers with wavy molding above a pair of cupboard doors above the molded plinth with shaped apron raised on platform bracket feet. SIZE: 49-1/2″ overall h. x 42-1/2″ working h. x 57″ l. x 19-1/2″ d. CONDITION: Retains old original surface with dark patina, original enameled knobs and escutcheons needs cleaning, repolishing, and cosmetic restoration; crack in door panel, three-inch splinter right front facing at plinth. 9-91919 (800-1,200)
