THREE ANTIQUE PITCHERS. 1) 8-3/4” h Majolica water pitcher having a white background and relief pear, apple and cherry decoration on one side with grapes on the other. A straining lip on a shaped top with brown handle. Pink interior, unmarked. Minor roughness on top edge. 2) 8-1/2” Gaudy Dutch type pitcher with flow blue leaf decoration having copper luster highlights. Unmarked. Hairline crack by handle. 3) 6” h English Copeland type round pitcher having naturalistic twig type handle, applied pink flower and molded colorful leaves with butterfly against a white background. Bottom marked “Richard Briggs, Boston”. PROVENANCE: From a Camden, Maine Estate. CONDITION: As noted above, otherwise very good. 9-72281 (200-400)
