A birds eye view shows people in yard, livestock, farms, car and people under a blue sky with billowy white clouds. Signed lower right “P. Patton”. Housed in a molded oak wood frame. Back of painting has diagram of painting with legend indicating building names and owners. Also a long typed history of the town. Rix Mills is a central Ohio village on Rte 313 in Muskingum County.
