TWO QUEZAL DECORATED SHADES. Nice Quezal shades have green pulled feather design descending from the fitter rim and outlined in bright gold iridescence. The pulled feather decoration is set against a cream colored background. Interior of each shade shades from gold iridescent to light yellow. The shades are a nice match in design and shape, but the green color varies slightly between the two. One shade is signed on the fitter rim “Quezal” while the other is unsigned. SIZE: 4-3/4″ t. PROVENANCE: From a private Virginia collection. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with one shade showing some white horizontal lines at the shoulder from the making. 5-60411 (200-400)
