FIVE PIECE WASH SET IN MOSS ROSE DECORATION. Set consists of large 14″ covered slop jar, 10-1/2″ pitcher, 15″ dia bowl, 7-1/2″ h hot water pitcher and 5″ dia covered soap dish with insert. Each piece decorated with colorful moss rose flower. Unmarked. Accompanying lot is a card with moss rose and inset tintype of mother and daughter which may depict a gift of this set from mother to daughter. PROVENANCE: From a fine Hallowell, Maine mansion. CONDITION: Crazing to glaze. Bowl has 5″ crack, slop jar with tight hairline. Pitcher has blue discoloring on base. Otherwise good. 9-26883 (400-600)
