*WINCHESTER MODEL 1894 SADDLE RING CARBINE. Cal. 30 WCF. SN 931278. Fine late carbine with 20” bbl, full magazine, high blade square base front sight, 2,000 yard ladder carbine rear sight, uncheckered wood, straight stock and carbine butt plate. It has a stud & ring in the left side of the receiver. Accompanied by a Winchester shop tag identifying this carbine with inspector initials. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Bbl retains 98-99% strong bright original blue. Receiver retains 96-97% strong bright original blue with the missing blue from flaking rather than wear. Flaked areas have a light patina. Wood has fine straight grain and retains virtually all of its bright original factory finish with minor handling & storage marks and a couple of small bruises on the forearm. Crisp mechanics, brilliant shiny bore, probably unfired. 4-51495 JR847 (2,000-3,000)
