TIFFANY STUDIOS SPIDER LAMP. Conveyed to represent a spider caught in a web, this shade is adorned with six bronze “legs” separating each section of small green curved geometric panels. The shade is supported by a mushroom style of bronze base that was originally sold by the Studios with this shade. The base carries a desirable chocolate brown patina finish with green accents in it’s high and low relief design. Completing the base are 3 sockets, a riser and a spider top cap. Shade is signed “Tiffany Studios New York”. Based is signed “Tiffany Studios New York 337”. SIZE: Shade is 15″ dia. Lamp is 18″ t. CONDITION: Very good with several panels of glass having been professionally replaced and several other panels having spider cracks. Base is very good to excellent. 5-61548 (10,000-15,000)
