PIERRE JULES MENE (French, 1810-1879) THE POINTER. Well modeled bronze sculpture of a dog on point. The tail is straight out, right leg is bent in and the head is angled right. Signed on base “P J Mene”. Period bronze in a good brownish patina. SIZE: 8” h x 11” l x 4” w. CONDITION: Very good. 9-28142 (1500-2500)
