*EXTREMELY SCARCE WINCHESTER MODEL 12 32″ SOLID RIB STAINLESS BARREL. SN 495341. Cal. 12 ga. 32″ stainless steel bbl, with matted solid rib, sgl silver sighting bead, 2-3/4″ chamber, FULL choke. Left side of bbl is marked “STAINLESS STEEL-MADE IN U.S.A./WINCHESTER/TRADEMARK-MODEL 12-12GA. FULL”. Right side of bbl has a series of patent dates. Standard receiver with serrated top. Mounted with nicely figured straight grain walnut, semi-pistol grip, Winchester hard rubber buttplate, 18-ring field forend. Bore diameter: -.729. Bore restrictions: -.033. Wall thickness: -.049. Drop at heel: 2-38″, drop at comb: 1-5/8″. Weight: 7lbs. 13oz. LOP 13-3/4″. CONDITION: Very good. Bbl retains a gray stainless finish lacking all of its Japan black. Mag tube retains some orig blue blending with silver patina. Receiver has some orig blue in protected areas with some added cold blue and some spots of minor surface oxidation. Stock is sound with some minor nicks & scratches and light handling marks and retains a coat of added finish. Forend is sound with a minor hairline crack, some minor nicks & dings, and retains some orig finish blended with hand worn patina. Mechanics are good with a shiny bore. 4-40096 BDT32 (3,000-5,000)
