TIFFANY STUDIOS MOORISH CANDLE LAMP. Rare Moorish design is carried out on this candlestick which has green blown glass inserts on a long slender stem supported by an ornate circular foot. This candlestick supports a three arm bronze ring from which the pierced top cap is held. This pierced top cap has alternating iridescent prisms and bronze beads. Overall candlestick carries a desirable green-brown patina finish. Signed on the underside “Tiffany Studios New York” as well as the Tiffany Glass & Decorating Co. logo. Similar examples of this candlestick may be found in the book Tiffany Lamps & Metalware by Alastair Duncan in the Candlestick Chapter. SIZE: 30″ t.
