Cal. 12 ga. 26 & 30″ bbls. 26″ matted tapered concave rib, red Bradley front sight & silver center, WS1/WS2 choke, 2-3/4″ chamber, and ejectors. 30″ with matted tapered concave rib, red Bradley front sight, silver center, MOD/FULL chokes, and ejectors. 26″ set marked on left bbl “WINCHESTER-12 GAUGE/2-3/4″ CHAM.” 30″ set marked on top of right bbl “MODEL 21-WINCHESTER/TRADEMARK-12 GAUGE/2-3/4″ CHAM.” Left bbl “MADE IN U.S.A. WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS CO./NEW HAVEN CONN.-PATENTS PENDING”. Standard receiver with trigger plate stamped “TRAP” over trigger plate screw and “SKEET” below it. Mounted with nicely figured walnut, checkered side panels, checkered straight grip, brown vented recoil pad, branded on right side is an “S” about 3/4″ in size, checkered beavertail forend. 26″ bbl – Bore diameter: left -.729, right -.730. Bore restrictions: left -.008, right -(.017). Wall thickness: left -.036, right -.027. Drop at heel: 1-15/16″, drop at comb: 1-1/2″. Weight: 7lbs. 2oz. LOP 12-15/16″. 30″ bbl – Bore diameter: left -.728, right -.728. Bore restrictions: left -.030, right -.010. Wall thickness: left -.036, right -.032. Drop at heel: 1-15/16″, drop at comb: 1-1/2″. Accompanied with Cody Firearms Museum Fact Sheet identifying as a 12 ga, Trap-Skeet grade started 3-1-35, 26″ bbls, WS1/WS2 choke, sgl trigger, selective ejectors, straight grip with 14″ pull, drop at heel 1-15/16″, drop at comb 1-1/2″, weighing 7lbs, 2oz. Under remarks with year not available, fit sights on skeet bbls, fit rear sight on interchangeable bbl, remaining comments not legible. PROVENANCE: Alan Brown Coll. CONDITION: Extremely fine as restored. Both sets of bbls retain nearly all of their fine factory quality restored blue finish with just a few minor handling marks to be found. Receiver and trigger guard retain nearly all of the fine factory quality restored blue finish with some very minor scratches on bottom near forend iron. Shortened stock is sound with good checkering, a few minor handling marks and retains most of a later factory quality finish. Forend is sound with good checkering, a small hairline crack on rear left area, a few minor handling marks, some minor spider webbing and a later factory style finish. Mechanics are crisp with non auto-safety, strong ejectors and nice shiny bores in both sets of bbls. 4-39341 BDT33 (3,000-4,000)
