COLT LIGHTNING REVOLVER. SN 59506 on frame and backstrap. Other numbers have been removed in the conversion. Cal. .38 LC. 4-1/2” rnd bbl. A single action backstrap has been brazed to the top of the backstrap. An extension has been added to the trigger guard. A pair of single action grips have been heavily modified to fit the new straps. CONDITION: Gray patina with even, light pitting overall. Grips are broken and repaired with heavy wear and file marks.
