*STUNNING PAUL JAEGER CUSTOM WINCHESTER MODEL 21. SN 32579. Cal. 12 ga. 32″ bbls, tapered matted vent rib, dual white sighting beads, Briley thin wall choke tubes, 2-3/4″ chambers, sgl selective trigger and ejectors. Left bbl is engraved “PAUL JAEGER, INC.” and right bbl is marked “JENKINS TOWN, PA.” Each chamber area is engraved with 3″ wedge of foliate scroll with stipple background outlined with gold border. The flat side frame is completely engraved with game scene and foliate scroll, 9 gold inlays with pointer and 3 grouse on right side, 2 ducks in flight on bottom, pointer and 2 pheasants on right, with gold wire surrounding the entire frame. Trigger guard is fully engraved with scroll and 2 gold snipe in flight. Top lever is fully engraved with gold wire border and top tang has “SAFE” inlaid in gold. Mounted in nicely figured walnut with “B” style fleur-de-lis checkered pistol grip, fully scroll engraved grip cap, brown Pachmayr decelerator recoil pad, “B” style fleur-de-lis checkered beavertail forend. Bore diameter: left -.731, right -.730. Bore restrictions: left -Briley, right -Briley. Wall thickness: left -.038, right -.035. Drop at heel: 2-5/8″, drop at comb: 1-1/2″. Weight: 8lbs. 4oz. LOP 14-3/8″. gun is accompanied with Brady take-down case, straw colored with leather corners, maroon interior, Winchester Model 21 label in lid, 2-piece cleaning rod, 4 extra Briley choke tubes and wrench. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Bbls retain 98% of their fine custom rust blue finish, with a few minor handling marks, and some minor thinning from forend. Receiver retains virtually all of its fine custom finish, water table, bbl flats, breach end of bbl and inside forend iron are all beautifully jeweled. Stock is sound with sharp crisp checkering, a few minor handling marks, and retains all of its fine custom oil finish. Forend is sound with sharp checkering, and retains all of its fine custom finish. Mechanics are crisp with non-auto safety, strong ejectors and nice shiny bores.
