WILLIAM JURIAN KAULA (American, 1871-1953) PAIR OF PAINTINGS OF THE SIENE RIVER, PARIS. Two unsigned paintings on academy board show the Siene River with tour boats, bridges, people and cars. The tree lined waterway is seen with several different boats and bridges. Both identically housed in partial gilt frames with linen and wood liners. Both boards have label of Frost & Adams, Boston. Accompanying the paintings is a letter from Frank D’Angelo, Inc. Antiques Rowley, Mass indicating that the two paintings were purchased from the person who bought them from the Kaula Estate.
