BARRON (American, Mid 20th Century) “OFF TO A GOOD START”. Oil on board colorful illustration shows two boys poised to start a foot race around a lined track with a police officer giving the signal to “GO”. Three other boys look on. Signed lower right “Barron”. On reverse is the title and also indicating that it was used in 1978 in the Line-Youth Guidance”. Housed in a modern gilt frame. SIZE: 24″ x 21″.
