TWO PART FIGURAL BRONZE CLOCK. Removable bronze statue depicts a young man with drum at side and hands held high with drumsticks. A cannon wheel and cannon are seen at feet. Obviously a military drummer. Titled “Premier Triomphe”. Signed “E. Drouart” and stamped “Edit_Paris”. The figure stands 22” h. Figure stands freely on a square stepped carved clock base in red marble and having ormolu decoration with ormolu/brass feet. The central clock having a white enamel dial, decorated with flower swags. Two keyholes. Movement marked “1052”. Pendulum and key missing. SIZE: Stand is 5-1/2” x 11-1/2” w x 10” d.
