FREDERIC SCHILLER COZZENS (American, 1846 – 1928) DUTCH FISHING FLEET. Watercolor nautical scene shows three fishing sailboats in light wavy ocean under light blue sky. Several figures are seen on deck and sails are up. Signed lower left and dated “1904”. Housed in a wood decorated molded frame with decorative matte. SIZE: Sight: 12″ x 18-1/2″.
