MONUMENTAL ROOKWOOD VASE. Monumental Rookwood vase has decoration of grapevines with leaves and grape clusters in blue, green, amber and brown set against a shaded orange to brown background. Vase is finished in a high glaze. The vase is marked on the bottom with the Rookwood flame mark with only 2 flames dating the piece to 1888. Vase is artist signed, but signature is illegible. SIZE: 19″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with some minor crazing and a tight hairline in the underside of the vase approx. 4″ long. 9-90122 (1,000-2,000)
