TWO PAIR OF CHINESE POLYCHROME DECORATED BOWLS. 20th Century. The first decorated with floral and berry vinery centering a large stylized flower. The reverse similarly decorated and with an out-of-period Ming Dynasty mark of the Wan Li Period (1563-1620). The second pair of delicate scrolling polychrome vinery. The reverse densely decorated with floral vinery. Bottom with out-of-period mark of the Ch’ing Dynasty, Yung Cheng Period (1723-1735). SIZE: 7-3/4″ dia.; 7-1/2″ dia. respectively. PROVENANCE: From the private collection of Dorothy-Lee Jones. CONDITION: Overall very good for both pair with minimal and minor roughness to edges. 9-23276 (600-900)
