*SCARCE PRE-WWII COLT SUPER 38 SEMI-AUTO PISTOL. SN 5433. Cal. 38 Super. Blue finish in usual Government model configuration with 5″ bbl, usual slide markings with fixed thick front sight and flat top rear sight. Serial number is on right side of frame behind slide lock pin hole. Mounted with full checkered walnut grips and accompanied by an orig 2-tone magazine with marked base. This pistol was completely and expertly restored by Turnbull Restorations to near perfect Colt specifications. Magazine, however, is in orig finish. CONDITION: Very fine. Completely & professionally restored as noted. Overall retains virtually all of this wonderful finish with no discernible flaws. Grips are equally new with very minor diamond point wear. Magazine retains about 95-96% orig factory finish. Mechanics are crisp, strong bright bore, frosty in grooves. 4-40111 (2,500-3,500)
