THREE ANCIENT ROMAN GLASS VESSELS. 1) Outstanding bulbous body vase in green glass with zigzag rigaree attaching the shoulder of the vase to the rim. Nice subtle iridescence. 2) Green glass vial has bulbous body with flaring neck with applied threading at center of neck and applied green glass handle. Subtle iridescence with some corrosion present. 3) Diminutive purple glass bowl with flaring rim and applied second rim beneath the first. Minor corrosion and subtle iridescence. SIZE: 1-1/4″ to 3-1/4″ t. PROVENANCE: From the Private Collection of Dorothy Lee Jones. CONDITION: Very good to excellent except where noted. 5-61729 (500-700)
