FRENCH PORTRAIT CHARGER. Lovely French porcelain charger features hand painted bust of a young girl wearing a high collared cape and plumed hat as well as a gold and pearl necklace. The bust is set against a background of slightly raised leaves and stems all finished in gold. The plaque is attached to a velvet backing and framed in a contemporary gold frame. SIZE: Charger 13-1/2″ d. Frame is 21″ s. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with some minor wear to gold on frame. 5-66177 (500-1,000)
