Including a small Faience shallow bowl decorated with a horse or goat, a Leeds type small plate with peafowl decoration amongst trees within blue feather edge, an English transfer-decorated small plate “But now the supper crowns their simple board…”, an embossed creamware butter hand painted with a floral spray with an incised mark of “Rogers”, a small creamware plate decorated in blue with house, fence and flowers, an allegorical French Faience “wedding cup” from the collection of Vivian S. Hawes and an early creamer with wedge-shaped spout, sprig decorated. SIZE: 7″ (Diameter of largest plate); 5-1/2″ (Diameter of smallest); 2-1/2″ h (creamer). PROVENANCE: From the private collection of Dorothy-Lee Jones. CONDITION: 1) With shallow rim chips. 2) With shallow rim chips. 3) Slight craquelure. 4) Small losses to glaze on interior of plate. 5) Shallow rim chips. 6) With foot rim chips. 7) With shallow foot rim chips and flea bites to spout, otherwise very good. 9-23328 (300-500)
