TWO AMERICAN ART GLASS BISCUIT JARS. Attributed to Mt Washington, each biscuit jar carries a desirable floral pattern. 1) In colors of butterscotch and coral on a white ground, this jar is further enhanced with gold gilt flowers. The jar is capped with an embossed floral top having an applied turtle. Has a nice decorative bail. 2) Floral pattern is set against a cream colored swirled ground and is capped with a floral embossed top. Has a nice decorative bail. Both are unsigned. SIZE: 7″ to top of bale and 6-1/2″ to top of bale respectively. PROVENANCE: From the Private Collection of Dorothy Lee Jones. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-61852 (300-500)
