HANDEL HAWAIIAN SUNSET FLOOR LAMP. Nice Handel floor lamp has metal overlay shade with nine panels with metal overlay palm trees against bent panel sunset glass. Each panel is finished with a skirt having stylized “S” design against green slag glass. Shade rests on an original Handel griffin floor lamp base with three griffins making up the foot and supporting a vertically ribbed stem leading to a four socket cluster. Base is finished with an openwork fleur de lis cap. Shade is with applied tag to interior “Handel”. Base is signed on underside with raised block letters “Handel”. SIZE: Shade 23-1/2″ dia. Lamp is 68″ t. CONDITION: Shade has some separation at shade ring, but ring appears to be very stable. Base is very good with some oxidation to patina. 5-62271 (7,000-10,000)
