Large watercolor on paper nautical scene shows a yacht coming towards viewer with seventeen men aboard. Several yachts, tugboats and steamships are seen behind with another yacht off to its right. Signed lower left “Fred. S. Cozzens 95”. Housed in a fine carved and gilt arts and crafts style frame with linen matte and gold liner. PROVENANCE: Rankin Estate, Annapolis, Maryland.
