*ROTH STEYR MODEL 1907 SEMI-AUTO PISTOL WITH HOLSTER. SN 40697. Cal. 8 mm Steyr. Blue finish with 5-1/2″ shrouded bbl, fixed sights and 2-pc serrated wood grips with a fixed lanyard loop in butt strap. This unusual pistol has a fixed magazine in the butt that can only be loaded from the top with a stripper clip. It utilized a somewhat under-powered 8 mm rimless cartridge and was only adopted by the Austro-Hungarian Army with little sales success to the civilian market. Accompanied by an orig brown leather military flap holster with flap covered ammo pocket on bottom rear edge containing one very rare orig stripper clip containing 10 rnds of orig ammunition. CONDITION: Pistol is extremely fine. Overall retains 95-96% strong orig blue with light muzzle & sharp edge wear and some light thinning on left side of bbl shroud. Grips are crisp with most of their orig finish. Mechanics are crisp, brilliant shiny bore, may be unfired. Holster shows light use & wear and retains most of its orig brown finish.
