*FINE WEBLEY MARK VI DA REVOLVER WITH HOLSTER. SN 225929. Cal. 455. Blue finish with 6″ ribbed, flat side bbl, front sight on pedestal and V-notch rear sight in bbl latch. Mounted with 2-pc diamond checkered hard rubber grips and has a lanyard stud & ring in butt strap with an OD color braided cotton lanyard. Left side of frame & top strap have usual markings & proof marks with date “1916”. There are tiny broad arrow military acceptance stamps on all various parts. Accompanied by an orig “FINNIGANS LTD” marked British issued style flap holster also dated “1916”. While the Mark VI revolver was produced in large quantities they are rarely found in unfired condition and unaltered. CONDITION: Extremely fine plus, all matching including cylinder. Overall retains about 99% crisp orig factory blue with only faint muzzle & sharp edge wear. Grips & lanyard are crisp.
