MOSER DECORATED BOX. Moser ruby glass box has cylindrical body and domed top all decorated with brightly enameled flowers against a background of gold and platinum gilded foliage. The domed lid has a gilded band with sprays of tiny brightly colored flowers surrounding the edge. The box is finished with brass collar hinge and clasp as well as a brass-bottom band with four ball feet. Unsigned. SIZE: 6-1/2″ t. PROVENANCE: George Klabin collection. CONDITION: Very good with some play in hinge and minor wear to gilding. 5-67255 (1,000-1,500)
