The sketch having pencil notations of colors and structure. Signed lower right, titled and dated “4 Aug 65”. Housed in a simple gilt frame with gray matte. 2) Watercolor farm scene shows a house under large tree with two barns and a cow in the foreground grass. Signed “W Peirce Aug. 1930″.
