LARGE WAVE CREST EGG CRATE BOX. Rare large Wave Crest egg crate mold blown box is hand decorated with a single robin on lid sitting on a floral branch. The floral branches decorate each side of the lower section of box. Further enhancing the glass are two bands of metal with ornate appliques and feet which have an antique brass wash. Unsigned. SIZE: 6″ t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with lid having original satin lining. Box is missing lining. Front clasp is broken. 5-66479 (1,600-1,800)
