TWO RARE FLIGHT BARR & BARR WORCESTER ITEMS. First quarter 19th century. The first a paint-decorated and gilt Worcester chamberstick. Paint decorated with a small pastoral scene, marked beneath the base “Flight Barr & Barr Royal Porcelain Works/Worcester/London House/1 Coventry Street”. The second, a Flight Barr & Barr floral decorated shallow bowl with the incised marked “BEB”, marked beneath with complete maker’s mark with the 1 Conventry Street address. SIZE: Chamberstick 2″ h, 4″ l x 3-1/2 w. Bowl 1″ h, 6″ dia. PROVENANCE: From the private collection of Dorothy-Lee Jones. CONDITION: Very good overall. 23267-1 (2,000-3,000)
