JONATHAN HOTZ (American, 20th/21st Century) “SURF AT BASS ROCKS”. Oil on canvas scene shows a receding wave on large rock shoreline. The wave with yellow splashed white water. Signed lower left. On reverse of stretcher inscribed and signed by the artist and dated “Sept. 89″. Also an indication that the frame was hand made by the artist. Housed in a gilt molded wood frame. SIZE: 16″ x 18”.
