*SPECTACULAR DWM MODEL 1900 AMERICAN EAGLE LUGER. SN 18206. Cal. 30 Luger. Beautiful American Eagle Luger with 4-3/4″ bbl, DWM scroll on front toggle link & American eagle over chamber. Fitted with grip safety & dished toggles and mounted with full checkered walnut grips. It has “GERMANY” export mark on frame below serial number & is accompanied by a correct wood base magazine. A finer example of this model would be virtually impossible to find. PROVENANCE: Doug Smith Collection. CONDITION: Extraordinarily fine, all matching including grips except magazine, hold open & firing pin which are properly unnumbered. Overall retains about 99%+ strong orig factory blue & about 95-97% orig factory straw colors, thin on safety lever. Grips are crisp with no hand grease & show only the faintest of diamond point wear with beautiful wood grain showing through & retain their orig oiled walnut color. Grip screws retain about 98% orig fire blue on left side & about 80% on right side. Magazine is near mint. Crisp mechanics, brilliant shiny bore. 4-36107 JR205 & BS (12,000-15,000)
