*EXTREMELY RARE 1902 AMERICAN EAGLE FAT BARREL LUGER. SN 22745. Cal. 9 mm. Extremely rare 1902 Fat Barrel Luger with 4″ bbl, DWM scroll on front toggle link & American eagle over chamber. It has dished toggles & grip safety with “GERMANY” export mark on front of frame below serial number. Accompanied by an orig “CAL 9 MM” marked wood base magazine. A rare and desirable Luger in about new condition. PROVENANCE: Doug Smith Collection. CONDITION: Extremely fine plus, all numbered parts are matching. Overall retains about 99% strong orig factory blue & about 95% orig straw colors, slightly thinned on safety lever & trigger. Grips are crisp with beautiful wood grain showing through & minor, light diamond point wear. Grip screws retain about 98% orig fire blue.
